I had an interesting conversation with my principal today. She told me I would be shocked and surprised and boy was she right. On Monday I will be starting a new job at a new school. Balsz school needs another first grade teacher and Griffith school needs one less 4/5 teacher. I cried when she told me.
Tonight I am dividing my kids into their new classes. Tomorrow is an early out for report card training and I am going to pick up some curriculum stuff from Balsz. Wednesday is my last day at Griffith, I have Thursday and Friday to "get ready," then Monday is day one all over again. So, sometime this weekend you can expect photos of my new room. I'll tell you one thing Susan O'Brien, the stars are coming with me!

What a shock. I would have cried also. You will be an awesome 1st grade teacher, too.
