I used this beautiful purple kale to make a "heart healthy" soup with wheat berries, shitake mushrooms and lots of garlic. It looked really nice but took forever to make. As Mr. S. put it, "how much more soupin' does that soup have to do?"
Chrysanthemum loves her chair.
